In my years covering the devastating human cost of the so-called "war on drugs", I was lucky enough to come across a number of individuals and organizations working to provide relief and support to the families of the victims of extrajudicial killings. Most of them work on the basis of donations, oftentimes under extremely difficult circumstances.

A network of advocates and families of victims of drug-related killings. The network unites efforts to oppose the killings, demand government accountability and seek justice.

Program Paghilom (by AJ Kalinga Foundation) 

A program to help the families of extrajudicial killings' victims in healing and rebuilding their lives. Program Paghilom assists widows, orphans and other family members through an integrated, holistic approach - from psychosocial support to legal assistance.
